UF0041 Course Organization of the Flash Service in Accommodation

In the field of hospitality and tourism it is necessary to know the different fields of floors and cleaning in accommodation within the professional housing area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of the floors service in accommodation.

- Compare the most characteristic models of organization of services assigned to the Department of Floors, justifying the most appropriate for certain types and modalities of accommodation establishments. - Define periodic work plans for apartments for floors, adapted to different types of accommodation and situations. - Apply external supply systems, maintenance, replacement, and control of the endowments, lingerie, materials, equipment and furniture, that allow evaluating their degree of use. - Explain the maintenance function and accommodation establishments and the relationships and competencies that in this matter has the person in charge of the department of floors. - Describe the security service of lodging establishments, relating security contingencies to applicable elements and safety measures.

It develops its professional activity in both large and small and small accommodation companies, usually private although it can also be public. Performs its functions under the dependence of the director of the Accommodation Area or the director of the establishment itself.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0041 training unit Organization of the Floor Service in Accommodation, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of hospitality and tourism, specifically in floors and cleaning in accommodation, within the professional housing area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization of the service of floors in accommodation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
