Vehicle operator course and land movement machinery

Having adequate training in the prevention of occupational hazards, safety and health at work is not only recommended for all workers regardless of the professional sector, but it is an element of mandatory compliance based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. Through this course, land movement is offered to students in the construction sector, and more specifically those who work in land motion, all adequate training in occupational risk prevention so that they can carry out their professional functions safely and in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Among the objectives of the Land Movement Course include: - Develop in students those necessary competences to exercise the functions of technician in basic occupational risk prevention. - Acquire knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that can endanger the health and integrity of workers. - Know the laws and norms in terms of occupational risk prevention based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. - Analyze the different action plans, prevention and first aid techniques that favor or help overcome different risk situations. - Make known the basic concepts and minimum demands of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law in the construction sector for vehicle and machinery operators in earth movements that must be applied by companies in this sector. - Identify and analyze the different risks that can occur in each of the phases and activities developed in the sector. - Analyze and study the different preventive measures, both at the individual and collective level, which must be used in risk prevention in the tasks and processes of the construction sector for vehicle operators and machinery in earth movements. - Know everything related to the machinery used in land motion: excavating machines, loading shovels, bulldozer, traillas, motorbase, land compactor.

Prevention services of the companies themselves and those that have the mutuals of accidents at work and occupational diseases, specialized consultants in prevention, public administration, the centers that provide training in prevention.

Once this Land Movement course will have been completed, you will have developed the basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Occupational Risk Prevention in management of land movement machinery, being qualified to perform the preventive functions collected in Art. 35 of the R.D. 39/1997, according to the Regulation of Prevention Services, as well as to operate this type of machinery.

The Land Movement course is addressed to all those professionals who wish to carry out occupational risk prevention work in their company, cooperate in them, or exercise the functions of preventive resource or prevention delegate.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
