What are the ETT?

It is called the Temporary Work Company (ETT) to that whose activity consists in making available to another company (the user company), temporarily, workers hired. When a company needs to temporarily cover a job and use an ETT and establish, through contract, a commercial relationship. Then, the ETT performs a search and selection process to find the worker appropriate to the needs of the user company, proceeding to their hiring and establishing with it a employment relationship. Finally, the worker who has been hired by the ETT will provide his services in the user company, under whose address and authority, the worker will perform his functions.
