Summary
Exercise is vital to enjoy good health. Practicing sports we improve our activity and mental health, in addition to being able to improve our physical health with good training. In addition, to achieve better results, it is vital to be able to perform nutritional assessments to know that we do not lack any essential nutrient and that we make a daily intake of balanced foods. With this course of specialist in exercise physiology and nutritional assessment of the athlete will learn the physiology of the exercise and learn to perform nutritional assessments.
