Summary
With the objective of complying with international regulations and efficiently fighting with the money laundering and the financing of terrorism, Spain promulgated Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of the money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We must emphasize that tax advice professionals are a fundamental pillar for the fight against the phenomenon of money laundering, since because of their importance and the function they play, they play a fundamental role in the prevention strategy.

As a fiscal advisor it is essential to have training in the prevention of money laundering with the objective of making sure that you are up to date not only in the fulfillment of the tax obligations of your clients, but also of the advances in prevention of money laundering. The expert in capital laundering will form you in compliance with the obligations, as well as in terms of the sanctioning regime regulated in Law 10/2010 and its Development Regulations.

The expert in capital laundering for fiscal advisors is aimed at any professional in this area who wishes to know the obligations and demands derived from Law 10/2010.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
