Summary
Today, one of the main concerns for companies, is to have optimal management in the field of human resources, since a correct functioning of this department will contribute to benefiting the operation of the company, helping it to develop its activity efficiently, for which appropriate management of human capital is necessary. To do this, people who integrate the department need adequate training. This course arises after detecting the need that companies have in the market to nourish themselves of professionals who are prepared to address the problem of human capital management that integrate the different organizations. That is why this course aims to train students to the current needs of companies, through the study of the main technologies applied to human resources management, as well as the main models of labor management and HR.
