Summary

Digital media are today the main window to the outside world. Today almost all services and companies have their digital platform, so it is essential to know all the legal norms that regulate activities in the online environment, from the new data protection law to the rights and obligations that companies must apply on the web. The master's degree in legal protection in the digital environment + university degree contains everything you need to know and much more.

Goals

- Know the forecasts of data protection regulations, GDPR, national regulations, European directives and different interpretation guidelines. - Provide students with the tools and strategies that distinguish the practical application of the basic rights of the online environment with respect to general rights in data protection. - Deepen the study of the different areas where digital marketing and its legal regulation operate. - Analyze and know the different social networks and integrate our social media strategy into the company's corporate strategy. - Know the documentation that must be issued and guarded by the compliance officer. - Provide students with legal tools and strategies for the defense of basic rights on the Internet.
