In short, this course provides the necessary knowledge to carry out customer service in various contexts.

This course is aimed at people interested in customer communication and attention, teaching the different existing strategies for each type of company, in order to meet the basic needs and demands of the client.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
