Summary
Thanks to this in progress in proprioceptive training you can know firsthand the physiological and technical bases that govern proprioception, essential for efficient movement and injury prevention. With this course in proprioceptive training you will have the possibility to design and implement proprioceptive training programs, using the latest technologies and techniques for the prevention and recovery of injuries, and the optimization of sports performance. You can perform detailed assessments and proprioceptive diagnoses, develop personalized interventions and apply advanced knowledge in sports forgitation.

This proprioceptive training course can be aimed at sports professionals, physiotherapists or personal trainers who seek to deepen the knowledge and application of proprioceptive training, specializing in the prevention and recovery of injuries, as well as in the improvement of sports performance.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
