Summary
The remuneration, understood in its broader concept, constitutes one of the most influential strategic tools that a company has. In purely budgetary terms it is a very high percentage of the total costs facing any company, so the design of a policy of remuneration and compensation aligned with the real objectives and needs of the organization is essential. Through this course of compensation and salary compensation models you can know the different models and new remuneration trends that make up the total compensation system: fixed compensation, variable remuneration and benefits, as well as the tools to be able to apply them in your company.
