Working documents course: Online course Preparation, treatment and presentation of work documents

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of information and communication management, more specifically in documentary and management assistance, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the elaboration, treatment and presentation of work documents.

- Select the relevant information of the different sources of information available with initiative and responsibility, organizing it in accordance with the purpose of the documentation to be prepared, in order to transmit the information in a broad, exact and truthful way. - Process the information required with autonomy, in accordance with the type of value, communication or decision document, and using appropriate computer applications, in order to proceed after its formal elaboration. - Develop own and quality documents from the processed information of your area of action, with the convenient computer tools, taking into account their objectives, the need for information and corporate image. - Customize the selected objects of video banks, images, photos, audio files and other material, with creativity and in accordance with the established parameters, incorporating them with autonomy in the documents based on their objective. - Customize static, dynamic and interactive graphics, and other objects that have to integrate documentation, with autonomy and ensure their adaptation to the objective of the document and the image of the organization, in order to facilitate the understanding of the information represented.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of medium and small businesses, or in governmental and non -governmental organizations. It acts depending on professionals and offices, or the Directorate of Human Resources Departments, being able to make decisions with autonomy and responsibility by delegation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0986_3 training, processing, treatment and presentation of work documents certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in documentary and management assistance, within the professional area of information and communication management that intend to obtain knowledge related to the elaboration, treatment and presentation of work documents.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
