MF1023-3 course and associative support and support

Social incorporation is a process that must lead to a change that has consequences in the lives of people in a situation of social disadvantage, as well as for those social groups that the former had left aside or they had been isolated in a certain way. This change also involves a modification in the established relationship between both parties. Every day these actions of social decoupling (voluntary or necessarily) follow each other, so society is the one who must take action on the matter and begin to intervene in this regard. Thus, this course is intended to intervene, support and accompany the creation and development of the associative fabric.

- Analyze the associative tissue comprehensively. - Differentiate the different sources of information and the criteria of choice of one or the other about the support resources to the associative fabric. - Collect information on resources and procedures to establish and manage an association. - Develop technical support strategies to associations of the territory respecting and analyzing the internal dynamics of the groups. - Accompany entities and associations in their programming and evaluation processes. - Establish coordination channels between entities, associations and citizen groups.

It develops its professional activity in the social services provision sector oriented to the agents that constitute the community for the articulation of community processes in public, private or social initiative structures or organizations that contemplate the realization of community intervention and/or citizen intervention programs and projects, together with higher level professionals.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1023_3 Development and Associative Support, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed for those professionals dedicated to community intervention, support and accompaniment in the creation of the associative fabric. People who, with or without previous experience, want to acquire knowledge related to community revitalization and the way in which it should be intervened to improve it.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
