Summary

The Property Registry aims to publicize the registration and annotations that are practiced in their books, favoring the security and protection of real estate legal traffic. The Spanish registration system is one of the safest in the world. It is a rights record. The registered rights are protected by the courts, so that no one can be deprived of them if it is not in a contradictory judicial procedure, in which the registered holder is part. Thanks to this current in the Property Registry.
