i. The owner of the center is EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL, B.V. (hereinafter, “EDUCAHUB"), with registered office at Sarphatikade 16 W, 1017WV Amsterdam (Netherlands), registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) with number 86247476, and intra-community VAT number NL8663908950B01.

II. The training catalog of EDUCAHUB which includes the list of training actions offered is available at https://educahub.ai/. The merited list of teachings, unless otherwise specified, are not taught in person.

III. Public service hours at our facilities are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., uninterrupted. Attention to the public will be mainly through the channels available on the web or email. In terms of what is established in article 6, section 2, letter d), EDUCAHUB guarantees that the in-person public service space is adequate, spacious and does not lead to neglect of users who need to use said service.

IV. The client may exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of formalization of their registration. The exercise of this right is not subject to compliance with a specific formality, it being sufficient for the client to notify EDUCAHUB your will within the previously indicated period, being able to use the withdrawal form made available to you by the entity or, proceeding to return the teaching materials received, indicating in the shipment your unequivocal declaration of withdrawal and identifying the invoice number or personal data used in the registration.

The form completed and signed by the interested party must be sent to the email info@educahub.ai, although it is not mandatory.

In both cases, EDUCAHUB will communicate to you without delay on a durable medium the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal and the origin (if applicable) of the same.

The company will contact you in order to confirm the bank account in which to proceed with the refund of the amounts paid. The entity will not reimburse any additional costs that may arise from this, if you opt for a reimbursement method other than those established by the company.

v. The teachings included in the scope of application of the Decree that regulates the rights to information and the protection of the economic interests of users of private centers that provide unofficial teachings that are taught by this center are considered unofficial teachings and not leading to obtaining an official degree or certificate of professionalism.

VI. The teachings taught by this center do not lead to obtaining a degree with official validity. VII. The specific informative documents for each of the teachings taught, prices and payment methods are available to the public in the service or information area for users of each center and headquarters.

VIII. The full text of the Decree that regulates the rights to information and the protection of the economic interests of users of private centers that provide unofficial education is available to the public and students in the area of ​​attention or information to users of each center and headquarters.

IX. Users have the right to request delivery of an invoice for the total amount of the teachings or services received, as well as for the amounts that are partially delivered on account of them.

x. The parties have the right to demand the formalization of a contract.

XI. There are complaint forms available to the user who requests them.

XII. In any case, the information that appears on the public information board, in addition to being available on the center's website, is available to the user who requests it on paper or on another durable medium.
