Advanced BIM Permanent Training Master in Design and Execution of Linear Works + 60 ECTS credits

We are currently immersed in a process of technological innovation in the professional activity of roads, channels and ports, civil engineers, industrial engineers and other engineering professionals involved in the development of civil infrastructure projects that cover from transport infrastructure, hydraulic infrastructure and port infrastructure. This new project development technology, as they know, receives digital construction terminology (VDC) with virtual modeling (BIM methodology). The reality, therefore, is that any professional has the need to update to increase their competitiveness, first understanding is work methodology to later carry out projects and work management in the field of civil engineering in which it is currently an expert for its specialty, knowledge and experience using current technologies (CAD, spreadsheets, budget programs, planning programs).

- Specialization training in the integration of the BIM methodology in all phases of a project and work management of linear works in transport infrastructure. - Acquire the knowledge of the most advanced BIM software applied to linear works such as Civil3D, to achieve professional training of advanced user. - Know the workflows of interoperability between the different BIM tools, in a collaborative work environment following the BIM methodology, under the standards of the EN -UE 19650 standard on modeling project construction information (PIM) and work (AIM). - The teaching of all the modules of the Master are based on the acquisition of knowledge about the design of digital construction and on the management of construction information in the works, through the development of real projects with BIM technology. - Teachers (road engineers, civil engineers and architects) with extensive professional experience in projects and civil works management, and high specialization in the application of the BIM methodology. - At the end of the master's students will have the ability to develop any transport infrastructure engineering project following the BIM methodology.

This master's degree is focused on developing professionally in areas such as Bim Manager, project coordinator, linear works designer, linear works execution manager and project supervisor or road designer.

Students will face real practical cases of proposed, developed and solved projects step by step by our teachers who are professionals in the engineering sector of roads, channels and ports, civil engineering and other construction sectors, with broad and demonstrated real experience in project and management of large civil infrastructure.

The Advanced BIM Master in Design and Execution of Linear Works is designed so that, the professional or engineering student, reaching knowledge of high specialization in all phases of a civil infrastructure project of this type with BIM technology. This master qualifies professionals and students of engineering schools to do it for the profiles described.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
