Apart Therapy Expert Course: Couple therapy (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

Living as a couple is an interesting and growing process that demands flexibility, changes in communication and openness towards the other. Each stage of the development of the couple is a change, in front of which we must stop and redefine the one we want and how we want it, redesigning the relationship in agreement with the other and without pending conversations, issues of dislike and strengthening of affections. Learning better forms of communication, understanding the other and accepting it in your growth process and growing together, is the challenge we all have. The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this expert in couple therapy are the following - knowing the historical evolution of the couple to understand the changes they have suffered over time. - Relate the types of couple that currently exist with the different therapeutic resources for adequate intervention. - Knowing how to identify the different problems that a couple can present. - Know the factors that maintains the love relationship. - Execute different types of techniques within the consultation with the aim of guiding and advising the couple. - Know the development of a conflict resolution workshop in family mediation to execute it in practice. - Know the techniques according to the objectives of family mediation to execute them in practice. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to develop techniques in practice depending on the participation of experts.

With the realization of this expert in couple therapy you can work as a sexual counselor. You can exert positions oriented to couple therapy and marriage therapy. You can also work as a family therapist.
