Arbitration Institutions
This Course in Arbitration and Mediation in Commercial, Business and Real Estate Litigation prepares you to correctly handle, as a lawyer or as an arbitrator, the processes submitted to the management of an arbitration institution. This course prepares you to practice as a Mediator and you will also be authorized to register in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice, from which you will be able to choose to mediate in cases designated by the Ministry. The course is adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13, with Euroinnova being a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the provision of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, being able, if the student requests it, to communicate the student's data and the training action to the Ministry of Justice electronically to expedite registration and registration as a Mediator.
