Summary

The Spanish justice is saturated, both of issues and material and formal restrictions around the treatment of labor conflicts. In this sense, labor mediation introduces a dynamic, flexible alternative, which allows for an optimal way to find solutions that satisfy both parties, transforming the conflict positively. Through the mediator, the parties will tend to bring positions, saving the relationship that unites them and not putting the legitimate interests in contradiction at risk.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
