Objectives
- Organize the human and technical resources necessary to promote the optimal development of the sales plan. - Lead the sales team, facilitating their involvement and motivation to promote compliance with the objectives of the sales plan, values and corporate identity. - Establish monitoring and control systems for the objectives set in the commercial action plan to adopt possible corrective measures, applying appropriate criteria with the information to be obtained. - Supervise the sales team's compliance with objectives and sales quotas by evaluating activities and results to adopt possible corrective measures and achieve the highest level of effectiveness in commercial management. - Apply corrective measures to deviations detected in the sales plan to optimize commercial activity, in accordance with the established objectives. - Process and organize the information necessary for the design and development of training and improvement plans for the commercial team under your charge, in accordance with the needs detected and the specifications received to improve their training, effectiveness and efficiency.
