Objectives

- Obtain the necessary information for forming and assembly, interpreting plans, instruction sheets, technical documentation and work orders. - Prepare the workplace by collecting materials, preparing and maintaining equipment, tools, instruments and work protections, to make possible the shaping and assembly of pipes in the workshop, in accordance with quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Form pipes for subsequent assembly, using the appropriate equipment and tools, complying with quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Assemble sections of pipe, flanges and grafts with the help of appropriate tools and by spotting (including TIG spotting) according to the specifications prescribed for the assembly of the pipes, complying with quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Carry out treatment operations that allow the pipes to be left in optimal service conditions, complying with quality standards and prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
