- Apply simple methods, basic techniques and operate equipment for the regeneration, packaging, storage and conservation of raw materials, which adapt to the specific conservation and packaging needs of said materials. - Apply simple methods, basic techniques and operate equipment for the regeneration, packaging, storage and conservation of pre-prepared goods and finished pastry products in common use.
He develops his professional activity, as an assistant, in both large, medium and small organizations, both public and private, dedicated to the production and service of pastry products. In small pastry establishments you can carry out your activity with a certain autonomy.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0818 Conservation in Pastry, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
