Science has already given clues of the interactions that can occur between the components present in food, genes and colonic microbiota. Sciences such as genetics, epigenetics, microbiology and nutrition converge to give rise to nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics. The Nutrigenetic Diploma includes the most current scientific evidence in terms of food for our health status.
