This training will help you consolidate the main characteristics of the different types of societies, as well as the civil and criminal liability of the acts of employees within the current legality and legislation. Through the performance of the course, it is intended to acquire the necessary knowledge to raise a business plan applied to societies. In turn, it is intended to inform about civil and criminal liability derived from possible negligence and actions produced by employees, against consumers or colleagues. In this way we can indicate the crimes attributable to legal persons and natural persons derived from behaviors or crimes carried out.

This course in Societies Law and Business Responsibility | 8 ECTS aims to provide the student with a theoretical-practical training in the field of societies, criminal and civil law applied to the business field. In this way, you will acquire the necessary training applied to societies and their operating characteristics, as well as the characteristics applied to any type of criminal and civil crime carried out by employees, or by the legal entity itself.

This course in Societies Law and Business Responsibility | 8 ECTS is aimed at professionals who need a specialized training of existing types of societies, as well as for those, who are interested in training within civil and criminal advice, knowing the risks of the possible actions or negligence of employees, as well as the possible criminal risks when undertaking any business activity.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
