Expert course in extrajudicial solution of arbitration, mediation and conciliation conflicts

INEAF Business School as a mediators training center recognized by the Ministry of Justice presents this expert in extrajudicial solution of conflicts, arbitration, mediation and conciliation that will allow students to accredit legal training in the field of mediation, complying with the necessary requirement for registration in the mediators registry. The current state of the administration of justice and the incipient growth of social conflicts due to the complexity of the society in which we live, has led to rethinking the way of ending them. In recent years, the increase in alternative conflict resolution methods has been a specific reality, for whose task a set of professionals with the corresponding training in said area is necessary. In the next ten years we face the challenge of being prepared for this new reality.

- Know the methodology of mediation, conciliation and arbitration in Spain. - Place the student in the legal environment in which the different methods develop their potential. - Allow to know the procedural characteristics for the performance of arbitration, mediator or conciliatory activity. - Learn the advantages offered by new methods against the rigidity of the jurisdiction. - Delimit the sectors of action of each of the methods. - Project knowledge from the national level to the community, knowing the differences and enriching learning.

The course offers technical and specific knowledge of the subject, which will allow developing the work as referee, mediator or conciliatory respectively, as well as specific training to perform the subaltern tasks of these institutions. In addition, it will allow comprehensive training for those professions related to the scope of education, law and social work that will enrich the possibility of focusing on this workplace that is currently booming and constantly developing.

This course provides the expert knowledge student in the area of ​​extrajudicial conflict resolution, innovative space within state, European and international justice systems. Specifically, the areas to which the formation of this course is directed are the hetercompositive methods, represented by the arbitration procedure, and the self -conspositive, represented by conciliation and mediation.

Particularly directed to university graduates in the legal, psychological and social branch, interested in training in this novel matter that is under development. In general, any person whose purpose is training in the field of extrajudicial conflict resolution, which covers an infinity of subjects that deal with education, social work, pedagogy, motivation, medicine or administrative management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
