Summary
Practical training that enables to practice professionally as a muscle monitor, personal trainer, physical trainer, or Fitness professor either in a gym, sports federation, athletics club, etc. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to satisfactorily supervise the needs of the different aesthetic, sports and health objectives of the students as a muscle and fitness monitor.
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed for all those who want to guide their future work towards the sports sector, more specifically as a fitness and musculation monitor. As well as for all those who want to expand their professional knowledge about this area.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Certification
Degree issued by EDUSPORT, a center specialized in sports training and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as federated receiving the corresponding professional card in muscle and fitness - bodybuilding, also once the training is finished, the student will become part of the Spanish record of professionals of the exercise (esreps) that collects the professionals of the exercise, establishing a quality standard Professional to guarantee a safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.
