In the field of Agrarian, it is necessary to know the different fields of assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms, within the professional livestock area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out operations related to the development of good hygiene practices (BPH) and the hazard analysis system and critical control points (APPCC).
