He develops his professional activity as a dependent worker, being part of an inspection team, in slaughterhouses in which abasting animals (ugulated, birds, lagomorphs) and breeding hunting are sacrificed and slaughtered, enchanted one of the areas of the sacrifice and slaughter line: reception of animals, stunning, sacrifice, bleed of channels, in exploded rooms in which they bonate, win and prepare channels and in hunting manipulation establishments where hunting and flesh are prepared, under the supervision and guidance of the person responsible for health controls.
