Judicial auctions course (university degree with 5 ECTS credits)

Judicial auctions are collected in Spanish legislation, so their understanding and understanding will allow professionals to perform their work with guarantees. In this process, the bidder figure is fundamental, intervening in each of the stages that the judicial auction requires. Therefore, throughout this course the stages, deadlines and means that will allow the professional to acquire the necessary knowledge to intervene in judicial auctions will be established.

- Establish the regulations that regulate judicial auctions. - Describe the different auction typologies. - Recognize the fundamental role played by the mortgage law and the registration of the property in the judicial auction process. - List the actions, to be performed, prior to the auction. - Know the bidding procedure, as well as the platform planned for it. - Indicate the steps to follow for the constitution of the deposit. - Establish the differences between the auction of movable property and the auction of real estate. - Detect the peculiarities of the auction process in mortgaged goods.

Develop their professional activity in small, medium and large legal companies, from public and private sectors, dedicated to the scope of justice and the processes associated with judicial auctions, intermediation and advice.

The present course of judicial auctions aims to establish and develop all the aspects and legal regimes that affect the practice of a judicial nature auction, since in these processes the deadlines, documentation and stages to follow are fundamental for the process to end satisfactorily and within the current legality.

This course is aimed at all professionals who are part of the legal sector, such as judicial secretaries, notaries, lawyers, attorneys, bidders, etc., as well as to all those people interest in acquiring the necessary knowledge to develop their professional activity within the field of judicial auctions as a bidder (among others).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
