What it prepares you for

This course enables you to be able to act as a Judicial Expert in Personal Data Protection in different judicial processes, in addition to knowing, applying and implementing the LOPD in your own company or in other companies in a simple and very practical way. With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

To judicial experts, professionals who handle data of any level and type and who want to know, apply and implement the LOPD in their own company or in other companies in a simple and very practical way, or any professional interested in improving their training in this field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
