- Analyze the assembly processes of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities, based on your technical documentation. - Operate with machining tools with welding equipment to manually mechanized, unions and adjustments of the different elements of air conditioning and ventilation-extract facilities. - Locate machines and equipment of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities with its accessories, based on the plans and assembly instructions, with the appropriate quality and complying with the required regulations and safety. - Install accessories and interconnection elements of the different subsystems that integrate the air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, with the required application and safety regulations. - Analyze the safety, operation and tuning tests of the air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, identifying the necessary operations for its realization. - Perform the implementation of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities, ensuring the established operation conditions. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Apply the Security Plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company, regarding the assembly and maintenance of refrigeration facilities applying the established measures and complying with current regulations and legislation. - Apply maintenance techniques, which do not imply the replacement of elements, in the facilities of air conditioning and ventilation-export, selecting the procedures and with the required security, based on their technical documentation. - Diagnose the state and breakdowns in the systems and equipment of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, locating and identifying the dysfunction and/or the nature of the breakdown, determining the causes that produce it, applying the appropriate procedures according to the system or equipment diagnosed and with the required security. - Apply maintenance techniques, which imply the replacement of elements of the different equipment of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities, determining the procedures and restoring its operation with the required security, based on their technical documentation. - Correct the dysfunctions or breakdowns in the systems and equipment of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, using the procedures, means and tools with the appropriate security, restoring the correct operating conditions. - Acquire basic notions about hydrodynamics and thermodynamics. - Identify the components and elements that make up the industrial refrigeration facilities. - Know the steps to follow in the assembly and start -up of fridge facilities. - Know the process to be maintained in the maintenance of fridge facilities.

This professional can work as an autonomous or be integrated into companies in public or private sectors dedicated to assembly, as well as to the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation-export facilities. Its activity is located in the areas of assembly, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation-exporting facilities, adjusting to the requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional cards.
