Determine the importance of collective bargaining as an instrument for promoting equal opportunities. Know the foundations of the Equal Opportunities Law on which the Equality Plan in the company must be based. Provide students with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the design and development of training programs in Gender Equality.
