Incluye técnicas específicas para la relajación infantil, fundamentales para contribuir al bienestar emocional de los niños, y se adentra en el arte de la meditación Vipassana, explorando su impacto social. Este curso es una guía integral para aquellos buscando profundizar en la relajación personal y la enseñanza a otros.

Este Master está pensado para terapeutas, educadores, psicólogos y aquellos interesados en prácticas contemplativas para la gestión del estrés y promoción del bienestar emocional, abarcando técnicas de relajación, control de la ansiedad, respiración consciente, risoterapia y mindfulness, así como relajación y meditación en yoga y enfocado también en estrategias de relajación infantil y fundamentos de la meditación Vipassana.
