Master of Permanent Training in Smart Buildings: Smart Buildings + 60 ECTS credits

The Master at Smart Building aims to guide the student in the digital transformation of a building. Teaching how to create intelligent scenarios to increase operational efficiency inside, reduce energy consumption, optimize the use of space and offer new services to users. Thinking about patient satisfaction (Smart Hospital), employees (Smart Office), passengers (Smart Airport), students (smart campus) or citizens (Smart City).

- Understand what, that is, what is an intelligent building and that business cases or intelligent scenarios can display inside. - Study in detail the business cases associated with the main types of Smart Buildings: smart hospitals, smart transport infrastructure, smart office buildings, smart campuses, smart shopping centers, smart livestock farms, smart hotels and finally smart cities. - Understand how, that is how the combination of technology and processes will allow us to make the design and deployment of an intelligent building come true. - Study in detail each of the key technologies for the creation of a Smart Buidling, both in its physical infrastructure aspect (energy systems, safety elements, IoT devices, communications networks, hardware infrastructure, ...) and in its slope software (integration platforms, control panels, smart buffing mobile apps, business applications or BIM systems). - Understand the impact of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, Big Data or Blockchain as enablers of new business cases within smart bulers. - Learn to execute a Smart Building project by adding to all acquired business and technological competences, the ability to plan, budget and manage a project of these characteristics.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
