MF0754-2 course and product warehouse controls for animal feed

In the field of food industries, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of products for animal feed, within the professional area of diverse foods. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the operations and control of the warehouse of products for animal feed.

- Apply the necessary measures and inspections of personal hygiene and facilities and equipment, according to the work systems of the reception, warehouse and expedition areas, to minimize the risks of alteration or deterioration of the products. - Perform the reception and issuance of goods in the suitable hygienic conditions, according to their compositions, the amounts, the protection and external transport needs used. - Classify the goods, applying the appropriate criteria to the characteristics of food products, their storage, conservation and conditioning. - Perform the storage and internal supply of materials and products for animal feed, selecting locations, times, media and itineraries and the techniques of manipulation of the goods. - Complete the documentation for receiving and issuance of materials and products for animal feed, according to the specifications agreed with the internal/external client. - Apply stock control procedures and inventory preparation in products for animal feed products. - Use computer equipment and product control equipment for animal feed products. - Apply techniques for receiving, classification and storage of raw materials with biological activity in products for animal feed.

It develops its activity in establishments of small family type size, medium -sized establishments with a cooperative nature, oriented to local self -consumption, large cooperatives, large national and international companies where a wide range of products and brands is manufactured to animal feed. In general, they are of others who exercise their activity individually or as a team, under the orders of a higher level technician and in some cases, in small family businesses as self -employed. They develop their activity in the functional areas of: reception, equipment preparation, conditioning of raw materials, dosage, mixing, transformation, conditioning and issuance of the final product.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0754_2 Training Module and Product Warehouse Control for Animal Power, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of food industries, more specifically those linked to the elaboration of products for animal feed, within the professional area of diverse foods, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the operations and control of the warehouse of products for animal feed.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
