MF1020-3 Course Agents of the Community Process

Social incorporation is a process that must lead to a change that has consequences in the lives of people in a situation of social disadvantage, as well as for those social groups that the former had left aside or they had been isolated in a certain way. This change also involves a modification in the established relationship between both parties. Every day these actions of social decoupling (voluntary or necessarily) follow each other, so society is the one who must take action on the matter and begin to intervene in this regard. Thus, this course is intended to establish and maintain a relationship with the main community agents: population, technicians and administrations, revitalizing the reciprocal relationship between them.

- Identify the different social agents in the community establishing contact and coordination mechanisms with them. - Identify meeting spaces, to facilitate approach and communication. - Apply procedures to identify demands of agents and social networks that allow promoting joint interventions related to the information obtained.

It develops its professional activity in the social services provision sector oriented to the agents that constitute the community for the articulation of community processes in public, private or social initiative structures or organizations that contemplate the realization of community intervention and/or citizen intervention programs and projects, together with higher level professionals.

This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to establish and maintain a relationship with the main community agents: population, technicians and administrations, energizing the reciprocal relationship between them. This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1020_3 Community Dynamization: Community Process Agents, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those people, with or without experience, interested in acquiring knowledge about the functions and competencies of social agents in community action, application of social psychology in the community process, as well as in the application of tools and instruments of information analysis in the management of agents of the community process.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
