MF1790-3 Course Marketing products and services in small businesses or microenterprises

At present, for the creation and management of microenterprises, it is essential to acquire and master the professional, both theoretical and practical competencies, necessary in order to effectively develop within its scope of action. Many of these competencies go through the planning and implementation of strategies in different business areas, people management, organization and control of material resources, etc. Similarly, the marketing and sale of products and services, using the available computer and telematic media, managing with quality criteria and environmental protection and ensuring the prevention of occupational hazards is vital for business success. This training will provide the student with the professional skills necessary to market products and services in small businesses or microenterprises.

- Apply organizational organization techniques based on commercial parameters defined in planning and the positioning of the small business. - Analyze the necessary means and instruments for the development of regular commercial actions in small businesses or microenterprises. - Define action procedures with customers identifying the management, loyalty and monitoring actions that optimize the relationship with the customer-type of small businesses or microenterprises. - Apply specific techniques to the sale of products and services, depending on the different channels. - Develop administrative management of different commercial, sales and customer service actions and complaints and claims, and preparing the corresponding documentation using specific office applications.

He develops his professional activity on his own, as an autonomous worker or being part of a society, in small businesses or microenterprises, undertaking and implementing new business areas in the development of his activity, being able to perform the functions that the current legislation establishes in terms of prevention of occupational hazards.
