MF1817-3 Course Management of mushrooms and truffles

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of production and collection management of mushrooms and truffles, within the professional agriculture area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of mushrooms and truffles.

- Prepare a basic inventory program of mushrooms and truffles, of data collection of the mycotopo and sampling of the most common mushrooms and truffles, determining the criteria to be applied in the supervision of the operations that it entails. - Establish criteria for organization and supervision in the collection, selection and manipulation of edible mushrooms and truffles, according to previously elaborated program and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Prepare a human resources organization program in mushroom and truffle collection operations, depending on the established objectives and activities. - Establish control criteria for the installation and maintenance work of infrastructure for an orderly management of mycological use, specifying the improvement and maintenance actions according to the previously prepared programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, following, where appropriate, instructions of the person responsible for production, and being able to have their lower level personal charge.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1817_3 Training Module Management of mushrooms and truffles certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of agricultural services, specifically in the management of agricultural production, within the professional agriculture area, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of mushrooms and truffles.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
