At the end of the master's degree in the strategic direction of MBA companies, students will be trained to assume the general direction of an organization, as well as control its financial management. Assume responsibility for the strategic decisions adopted within the organization. Optimally manage work teams in its different areas and carry out motivation tasks, management, change management, in addition to developing specific skills for personnel management. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
