Resumen

At present, the creation and training of companies is booming. So competitiveness is maximum, so the sales process must be perfected and carried out more efficiently, that is, the development of commercial skills. Because not all customers are equal, since the individual aspects and competences related to the capacity for interrelation with them must be worked, we have all assimilated or learned argumentation and persuasion skills. This commercial skills development course will contribute all the necessary knowledge about these argumentation and persuasion skills, in addition to showing how to face the sales process in the most efficient way and improve the competencies related to interpersonal communication between commercial and client. Know the different customer typologies, and develop sales strategies and tactics depending on the desired commercial objective.

- Instruct how customer service should be. - Inform about techniques to improve communication with the client. - Know the dynamics that take place within the group and know how to apply the appropriate group techniques based on the characteristics of the latter and the objectives that are intended to be achieved. - Learn to direct and coordinate meetings in the business field. - Master the negotiation techniques that allow to reach beneficial agreements. - Contribute to the student in a quick and simple way the skills of a good seller: detect the customer's purchase motivations and persuade him that the product he offers will satisfy his aspirations. - Provide the student with the necessary knowledge to manage without problem the documents of his job and the effective management of the working time. - Understand the transcendence of the functions and techniques of time management and their corresponding effects on the development of work.
