This course in sexuality, psychic disability and family therapy offers basic training on the subject. Currently the sexuality of people with psychic disabilities remains a taboo subject, causing debate or directly denied. This course makes us see that people with psychic disabilities as sexed people, with needs and desires, have the need for both professionals and family to understand, respect and address the issues related to this area so that they can be supported and this people are offered the necessary help so that they can live their sexuality freely and satisfactory. In addition, this course deals with the main aspects that address, such as the sociocultural and psychobiological foundations of mature sexuality, sexual education, the promotion of sexual health and the solution of problems.

This course in sexuality, psychic disability and family therapy prepares the student to be able to carry out sexual intervention programs, also prepares him to be a specialist in psychic disability deepening very specific aspects about the strategic basis of sex and psychology, and to be able to intervene in any situation in which he argued or a problem related to mature sexuality can be raised.
