The practical course of problem solving and decision -making in the organization, as its name indicates to achieve the best results in the company following a correct problem solving and the choice of the optimal decision (between optional), in addition to knowing how to carry out the strategic direction of the company.

This training is aimed at students, university degrees, professionals in the business sector, responsible for human resources and in general, to all those interested in training in this work activity and from a professional or personal perspective.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
