Summary

The Sanitary Transport Course + Practical First Aid Course (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) presents the notions of basic life support and advanced life support, transferring the patient to the useful health center, on the application of psychological and social support techniques in crisis situations and about the immobilization, mobilization and transfer techniques of the patient. This course also includes first aid procedures and techniques that will allow acting efficiently without being carried away by anxiety and panic against possible accidents or health emergencies in the school.

Goals

- Maintain the vehicle preventively and control the material endowment of the same, performing basic health care care in the pre-hospital environment, transferring the patient to the useful health center. - Provide students with the necessary knowledge to develop basic first aid actions. - Recognize risk and emergency situations and adopt the most appropriate prevention and protection measures in each case.

Professional opportunities

Programmed health transport and urgent health transport, with basic life support equipment and advanced life support equipment.

Who is it addressed to?

The Sanitary Transport Course + Practical First Aid Course (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) is aimed at qualified health transport professionals related to professional practice in the prehospital or emergency service, being applicable to both the private sector and the public.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Double degree: - Degree of the Superior Course of Health Transport with 400 hours issued issued by INESALUD, center specialized in health training - University degree in first aid with 5 ECTS university credits / with 125 hours. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan of the Antonio de Nebrija University
