Summary
The attention to people in a situation of dependency and the promotion of their personal autonomy constitutes one of the main challenges of the social policy of developed countries. The challenge is none other than to meet the needs of those people who, because they are in a situation of special vulnerability, require support to develop the essential activities of daily life, achieve greater personal autonomy and fully exercise their citizenship rights. Thus, this course is intended to provide training in this regard, to adequately attend to people in a dependency.
