This muscle toning course offers you a specialized training in the field. Through the joints, the human body can generate a large number of movements in different planes and addresses depending on the possibilities that each joint possesses. The musculature offers the mechanical possibility of movement through complex physiological and nervous mechanisms. Force is the ability of the human body that allows to generate intramuscular tension, and its training tones our body.
