Production planning in the furniture manufacturing industry

In the field of wood, furniture and cork, it is necessary to know the different fields of organization and management of production in furniture and carpentry industries, within the professional area of carpentry and furniture production. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for production planning in the furniture manufacturing industry.

- Determine production, optimizing the available resources, depending on the established plan. - Specify the requirements of water, air, cold, heat and electricity, machines and processes and supervise the operation and maintenance of auxiliary services that ensure their supply. - Describe the operation and capacities of the systems and equipment for the production of heat, air, cold, treatment and conduction of water, mechanical power transmission and distribution and use of electricity and other types of energy. - Formulate technical information for production units, distributing it with the required clarity. - Examine the production control program with the established ratios, according to the manufacturing program. - Classify the different types of standard measurement, their systems and information advanced according to the production program. - List the characteristics that personnel must gather with responsibility in the control of the production according to the manufacturing procedure.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate UF1399 Production Planning in the furniture manufacturing industry certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will be chosen to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 1532/2011, of October 31).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of wood, furniture and cork, specifically in organization and management of production in furniture and carpentry industries, within the professional area of carpentry and furniture production, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to production planning in the furniture manufacturing industry.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
