- Explain the fundamentals of measuring network performance in order to monitor the quality of the services provided on said network. - Describe the systems and tools for measuring the performance of a communications network, to classify the available quality metrics, taking into account technical specifications. - Explain the monitoring and measurement techniques carried out by performance management systems or tools, to know the status of use of the network and services. - Describe the performance monitoring procedures of the communications network based on the technology and standard of the communications systems.
He develops his professional activity in public or private companies or entities, both self-employed and employed, of any size, that have communications network infrastructure and offer communications services, in the network supervision and customer support departments.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1860 Monitoring of network performance and quality of services, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
