UF2076 Course Organization, Documentation and Communication of Biotechnological Data

In the field of chemistry it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and control of processes and realization of biotechnological services, within the professional area of the chemical process. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization, documentation and communication of biotechnological data.

- Describe tools for genoma analysis. - Make genoma comparisons to identify and store the observed differences. - Describe and identify the different computer methods most commonly used in bioinformatics. - Describe and use genetic optimization and algorithms processes to facilitate identification tasks. - Describe and document different methods of phylogenetic reconstruction. - Describe the methods of massive analysis in functional and proteomic genomics. - Identify the procedures for comparing protein structures. - Describe and use the most commonly used methods for the prediction of the linear protein structure. - Represent the lace methods between proteins, and between small molecules and proteins.

Chemistry professionals who develop their professional activity both on their own and integrated into companies, public or private, dedicated to obtaining and exchanging biotechnological data using telematic networks and bioinformatics techniques.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2076 training unit Organization, documentation and communication of biotechnological data, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically to the organization and control of processes and realization of biotechnological services, within the professional area chemical process, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization, documentation and communication of biotechnological data.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
