Summary
Thanks to this course in Update in Pharmacology in Emergencies you can update the knowledge and skills of health professionals in the use of medicines in emergency situations. Through specialized didactic units, key aspects of cardiovascular, respiratory and toxicological pharmacology are addressed, providing tools for the safe and effective management of drugs in critical situations. In addition, the new medical treatments and devices for the most common ailments of this area of medicine will be reviewed. Special considerations for different populations, such as pediatric, geriatric and pregnant patients, as well as shock situations and acute cardiovascular events will be addressed.
