Master´s Degree in Continuing Education in Agile Methodologies and Digital Transformation + 60 ECTS Credits

Pursuing this Master’s degree will provide students with knowledge and skills for effective and efficient management in today’s context of digital transformation. This program explores the characteristics and differences between agile and traditional management methodologies, and the advantages of the agile approach in changing scenarios. In addition, agile methodologies such as Design Thinking, and Lean will be deeply analyzed and how technological innovations apply agile principles. This program will enable the student to build solid practices, techniques, and tools they can apply in day-to-day problems in which managing change, service, projects, and teams is critical for success.

- Learn the Agile Management Approach, and appreciate its differences with respect to the classic or traditional management approach - Learn the most common methodologies for agile project, services and work team management - Understand the relationship between digital transformation and the agile approach, and why the agile approach is suitable for this context - Learn the available practices for Agile Project Management - Understand the concept and application of the lean approach - Learn the Design Thinking working method, and its integration in lean and agile approaches - Identify fields of application for the agile management approach such as knowledge projects, construction, technology, data projects, etc.

This program also seeks to enable students to obtain official certifications such as the Agile Certified Practitioner certificate

This program is aimed at: Professionals who currently work, or intend to work as project managers, or wish to participate in project teams, Heads of service and generally responsible for teams who wish to adopt all estimating, planning, work assignment, cost control, dependencies, team and project performance techniques.

La presente formación no está incluida dentro del ámbito de la formación oficial reglada (Educación Infantil, Educación Primaria, Educación Secundaria, Formación Profesional Oficial FP, Bachillerato, Grado Universitario, Master Oficial Universitario y Doctorado). Se trata por tanto de una formación complementaria y/o de especialización, dirigida a la adquisición de determinadas competencias, habilidades o aptitudes de índole profesional, pudiendo ser baremable como mérito en bolsas de trabajo y/o concursos oposición, siempre dentro del apartado de Formación Complementaria y/o Formación Continua siendo siempre imprescindible la revisión de los requisitos específicos de baremación de las bolsa de trabajo público en concreto a la que deseemos presentarnos.
