We must know that for the administration and management area it is very important to deepen and acquire the knowledge of auxiliary activities in administrative services and professional relationships.

Goals

- Apply effective communication techniques, in situations of professional relationships with internal or external people of the organization, selecting the appropriate action guidelines based on the different elements, barriers, difficulties and alterations. - Apply assertive behavior guidelines in communication processes in work groups, using them based on different professional situations related to administrative support activities. - Apply basic action guidelines for the treatment of conflict situations in professional performance, taking into account different behaviors and their possible consequences. - Use the basic functions of the usual operating systems in the management and search for folders and files. - Apply basic and usual archival and classification techniques in the type administrative documentation coding and organization, using physical or computer files. - Use the basic access, delivery, transfer and elimination techniques of documents and files, depending on the different levels of access, conservation and validity. - Check the basic functioning of the reproduction, computer and functional binding equipment - photocopy, printers, scanners, reproductors, drilling, binding or others -, identifying the elementary incidents, according to the manuals of use and help systems. - Use reprography tools, obtaining copies in documentary and/or digital format of type documentation, according to defined criteria and quality standards. - Distinguish the fundamental types of written, internal and external communications, usually used in specific organizations and institutions, specifying their basic function and elements. - Apply the most appropriate procedure and means for the packaging or packaging of specific documentation and items or products. - Apply basic notions of communication in professional relationships. - Acquire effective communication techniques. - Know basic action guidelines for the treatment of conflict situations.
