Summary
Understanding how to plan special diets will allow you to have the knowledge and skills to know the different diets elaborated in a personalized way based on the needs of your patients, to improve their health and favor their welfare state, while the development of chronic diseases is prevented. This course in menus planning and special diets will allow you to know the foundations of each stage of life that requires nutritional needs that must be adapted as in childhood, breastfeeding, pregnancy or adolescence. Likewise, you can learn how to design diets that are part of the treatment of some pathologies such as dyslipidemias, obesity or diabetes, whose intervention is fundamental within a multidisciplinary team.

With this course in planning of menus and special diets you can develop the necessary skills and competences in nutrition and dietary such as the planning of healthy diets, nutritional knowledge about nutrients, their functions in the body and how they affect health and attention to specific groups such as children, older people, pregnant women, people with allergies or food intolerances and other pathologies.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
